I’ve got to eat right to ride stronger & longer. I’ve heard it said that a great side benefit of bicyling is having a great apetite and being able to eat waht I want! Here’s some things to keep in mind for pedaling:
- 1. Beat the bonk;
- 2. Eat and drink right before riding, during and after riding;
- 3. Eat to recover;
- 4. Take food along on the ride.
