I made a decision to ride the 2007 MS Bike Tour. I will be riding with my running buddy Barry Ryzuik and his Team Pronto from St. Albert, AB.

Met Michele Crosby of Brooklyn, NY. She has inspired me to ride MS Bike Tour for her. She was diagnosed with MS about 15 years ago.

Thought I might need a bike if I am going to train and ride 150 km. I bought a Gary Fisher NIRVANA at REVOLUTION CYCLE in Edmonton. I got great help. I picked up the bike and rode home.

I put lot of miles on my bike through the fall. There’s snow on the ground now! I managed to put some miles on my bike since August. But with snow on the ground it’s time to take a break. Now my bike is hanging up for the winter. I’ll be back running through the winter too. As soon as the snow is gone and the roads are clear my real training will begin.
