Team Pronto is a group of recreational runners & riders from St. Albert, Alberta. We are training for the 2008 MS 150 Bike Tour from Leduc to Camrose and return. The ride is in June 2008. Barry Ryziuk is the Captain & motivator for Team Pronto.
